BOOK PUBLISHING
SunRASon Prod, Co. has been publishing books since 1997. Initially consulting and publishing books of poetry for several prominent poets among the burgeoning poetry circuit in NYC, such as: Tehut-Nine, Heru Ptah, Ainsley Burrows, and others. We expanded into publishing novels, plays, picture books, biographies and a host of other familiar and unique categories.

1. A Plan. Formulate a plan on how you'll market/ promote your book. Ask yourself is there a market for my book (Are people telling you should write a book?).
2. A digitized manuscript. Make sure your book is completely typed up and saved on a floppy disk or cd-r (You can type it any wordprocessing prog i.e. ms word or wordperfect)
3. Be Organized. Have your book in chronological order (e.g. chap A-Z or first poem to last poem) and decide how long you want your book to be (80 pgs, 96 pgs, 112 etc)
4. The Budget. Very important and many would argue that this should be the first thing you need. However most people have no idea what it costs to layout, design, print and bind a book.
